Training
All new employees will attend an orientation session and receive initial training. The orientation session will explain your facility‚ the department‚ and its services. The importance of the work and customer service will be stressed during orientation.
Initial training will begin with HC Duraclean Job Skills Training procedure. This extremely effective process is woven throughout our employee training programs. Employees will have opportunities to make mistakes‚ receive immediate feedback‚ and use the experience to improve the work learning process.
